The Hotel Schlafgut is located within the Werkhof, the ecological business and conference centre in Hanover’s Nordstadt. In this lovingly restored factory you will find conference facilities for up to 320 people, the fitness centre LevelUp, with saunas, solariums and one of the tallest climbing walls in North Germany, plus a restaurant - Zwischenzeit - with a pretty sun terrace.

Food & beverage

Our breakfast buffet is served between 07:00 and 10:00. On Sundays we offer brunch from 10:00 to 14:00 in our Restaurant Zwischenzeit. On request we can provide a packed lunch and an early bird breakfast.

The Zwischenzeit restaurant is open from Monday to Friday and awaits you for business lunches and dinners with international, regional and vegetarian dishes. When the weather allows, the food is served on the sunny terrace or in the beer garden. On Saturdays the restaurant is only open for dinner.

Area information

Hotel Schlafgut is situated on Werkhof Hannover-Nordstadt conference center grounds. The Nordstadt, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Hanover, is the university quarter located between the royal gardens of Herrenhausen and the city center. Some speak of ‘Nordstädter Charme’ as if it were Paris. The Werkhof is located right in the middle of the old neighborhood, and a short walk brings you to the Lutherkirche square.

Easy bus and train connections, direct connections to the fairgrounds, and only 2 city train stations lie between the hotel and the central station. There are double-decker parking spaces on the hotel property, as well as many other parking facilities in the immediate vicinity.
