Renovated between 2004 and 2008, these comfortable, modern apartments provide you with an independent stay close to the capital’s major sights.
Fully equipped and suitable for both short- and long-term stays, the apartments are peacefully situated in 2 different, central locations.
The designer stores of Friedrichstraße, the historic Brandenburg Gate, the architecturally impressive Potsdamer Platz and the wonderful Gendarmenmarkt can all be reached on foot.
Stations for the city’s famous underground system are also just a short walk away, offering access to the whole of the city and its surroundings.

Area information
The apartments are located in the centre of Berlin. The city’s major attractions can be reached on foot with ease. The impressive Friedrichstraße, the splendid Unter den Linden boulevard, the Brandenburg Gate, the new Pariser Platz and the government buildings in the centre of Berlin are all within walking distance.
The new Axel-Springer-Passage is also nearby and offers an array of shops, a conference centre and many excellent restaurants.
The apartments also have excellent public transport links for exploring Berlin and the surrounding area. The U2 underground line lies just outside the entrance to Wallstraße 14, while the U2 and U6 underground lines are just a few metres from Checkpoint Plaza. The main bus stations and S-Bahn stations can be reached very quickly via the underground.
Important information
If you require a change of bed linen or towels, or want your apartment to be cleaned during your stay, the hotel can organize this for you and for an additional fee.
The high-speed LAN internet connection is available in the apartments only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
